KARL 100 offers the possibility to automate the complete process for filling FDG syringes from the stock vial. The lead pot with vial is placed in a drawer into the system, the patient dose is delivered in a shielded syringe. The internal computer imports patient data via the keyboard or from the patients data base via the network.

The KARL 100 is a compact mobile device and can be placed in the vicinity of the PET department (outside the hotlab).

The filled syringes can be administered to the patient via the RadInject system. This is a simple to handle system that can be moved easily to the injection room.
