What does the day of a Transport/Logistics Officer look like?

As a Transport/Logistics Officer, you will ensure that our customers always receive their orders on time. You will also carry out lead apron checks at hospitals together with a colleague. For this you will be trained by us. On location, you will be our company's calling card and deal with our customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Your work will be diverse as you will deliver products independently one day and perform lead apron checks with a colleague the next. Independence is important, as you may spend a night in a hotel for a job on the other side of the country. What do we expect from you?

For this position, it is important to be independent, curious and sociable, as you will be hired for more than just delivering products. As the face of PI Medical at the hospitals, you are our representative and you know how to handle this with ease. As you will also be transporting radioactive substances, it is important that you have experience as a driver. We are preferably looking for a colleague who:

  • Customer-friendly and service-oriented
  • Has a proactive and flexible working attitude
  • Thinks in terms of solutions
  • Likes variety between working independently and with colleagues
  • Get on well with our customers and partners
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
  • In possession of a driving licence

Possession of an ADR driving licence (+ radioactive) is a plus.
